Downtime Information

Hey Everyone,

First of all, sorry for the quite unexpected downtime! Due to a spike in activity we had to force downtime. Our Grid Performance Unit usage for the current cycle is projected to exceed the amount included with our purchased plan.
We are already way over so that's why we had to close BB.

This is only for 8 days.

We had 2 options.

1. Close BB for 8 days

2. Close BB for 8 days but open at most active hours.

so we went with the second one.
